Soccer Coach Information

PSO leagues strive to make every child a champion. Therefore, PSO coaches are led to encourage, motivate, and build each child’s self-esteem as well as his or her athletic ability.

Coach Registration

All coaches must register for free online each season.

Sign up as a coach when you register your child for the league or click HERE to begin the coach registration process.

If you are coaching more than one team, please select all the divisions that you are coaching in and list all teams during the registration process.

Background Check
In addition to the online registration, coaches must also fill out an online volunteer background check. Please email Kate Brewer at [email protected] to get the link to fill out the form.

Uniform Order

PSO has a preferred provider relationship with The Soccer Locker. Coaches must follow the uniform order process and set it up for the team to order their uniforms online. Coaches can use the following forms to place the order. Please direct all questions to Casey Vincent, 972-820-5226.

Coach Uniform Setup Guidelines

Coaches Meeting

All Head Coaches are also required to attend our mandatory coaches meeting at the beginning of each season. We also request that all assistant coaches attend the coaches meeting as well. Go to the Key Dates for the most current coaches meeting dates and time.

Roster Check

To check the roster of your team you must:

Register online as a PSO coach
Submit and have your background check approved
Be assigned as a coach (In order to assign you as a coach to your team, your background check has to be CLEARED. This takes 1-2 weeks after it has been submitted.)
Once these steps have been accomplished you can go to your team page to check your roster of players.
a. Log in with your normal registration login
b. Click on the "Volunteer" tab under your name. The teams you have been assigned to will be listed there and you can click on them to go to the team page to see your roster.
c. To see contact information you will have a link on your roster page that says "Print Roster." This link is only visible to coaches that have been assigned to the team.
